Ode To the Zimbabwean Immigrant worker

Ode to the Zimbabwe Immigrant
by Steve Dube.

From up the heart of Africa
We came to seek fortune and fame
Left the misery ,the strife
the struggle to survive
That was life back in the Zim Zoo.
to all those trapped in the
iron fist of that cruel fool
my brothers i stay true.

Life is a song meant for all to sing
along. We all gotta be strong.
Today wrong is the new right
we got to fight with all our might
but never forget be happy
Live each day as if it were last.
Give no-one your trust.
Unless you wanna bite the dust.

Have no fear
The King shall soon be here.
To deliver us from the dragon's grip
We were born to be free
to chase our destiny
to be all we can be.
